As part of the onboarding process, Hirecook may perform background checks via a third-party agency (“Verifier”) to validate the authenticity and competency of Service Professionals. By registering, Service Professionals agree to:

  1. Allow Hirecook to share their personal information with the Verifier.

  2. Permit the Verifier to securely store and manage their data.

  3. Authorize Hirecook and its authorized partners to access, update, and use the verification records.

  4. Request deletion or edits to their digital record directly through the Verifier.

  5. Accept that Hirecook may take action based on verification results.

Hirecook also reserves the right to monitor chat and call logs between users and professionals for quality assurance, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, and service improvement.

AUTOMATIC INFORMATION COLLECTION

We and our third-party partners (e.g., ad networks) use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect non-personal data such as:
